Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in game level design, preferably in puzzle games;
- Strong understanding of level design principles, game mechanics and player psychology;
- Proficiency in level design tools and software;
- Ability to iterate quickly and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, QA;
- Positive CAN-DO attitude and strong work ethic;
- Familiarity with the mobile gaming market and current trends;
- Knowledge of Unity3D Editor;
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly in written or verbal form;
- Existing portfolio of puzzle games;
- A passion for making great games;
- Upper Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Unity3D Dev/design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging and balanced game levels that provide both challenge and fun;
- Implement strategic matching and merging mechanics to create a satisfying gameplay experience;
- Collaborate with the Art, Development teams to ensure that levels are visually appealing and support the game's aesthetic;
- Use player feedback and analytics to adjust level difficulty and design for optimal engagement;
- Work closely with the programming team to ensure that game levels function correctly across all devices and platforms;
- Continuously explore new ideas and concepts to keep the game fresh and interesting for players.
