My role is to assure potential clients that despite the ongoing war and challenges in our country, our Ukrainian team remains a reliable partner.

In this article, I would like to share common concerns of potential partners, as well as facts, statistics, and achievements of our company that help dispel doubts.

During negotiations, I highlight our extensive experience in tech project development and support, emphasizing that this expertise remains consistent regardless of external circumstances.

Maintaining and Gaining New Partnerships Last Year
Potential Client’s Question: “How can we be sure that the delivery process will be seamless even during geopolitical challenges?”

I emphasize that our company has successfully collaborated with international clients for over 12 years, demonstrating our reliability and professionalism.

I highlight that the war doesn’t compromise our team’s performance; instead, it motivates us to excel further. This commitment is rooted in our well-established Business Continuity Plan, ensuring our team has the necessary equipment and communication tools. Additionally, our office has backup power, satellite internet connections, and emergency food and water supplies.

As a result, we established partnerships with 11 new clients in 2023.

Potential Client’s Question: “How can we ensure the quality of service won’t decline?”

We regularly analyze client satisfaction trends and recommendations. This feedback serves as valuable insights into assessing our progress and is used as evidence of our service quality when communicating with potential clients.

– Approximately 85% of respondents in Q4 2023 reported being highly satisfied with our services, while around 15% said they were satisfied.

– The likelihood of clients recommending Innovecs reached a high score of 9.16, increasing by 5% recently.

Innovecs has been listed in The 2024 Global Outsource 100® by IAOP® for the sixth consecutive year. The rigorous evaluation methodology involves an independent assessment by a group of experienced IAOP clients selecting outsourcing service providers.

This recognition showcases our commitment to delivering top-notch services and continuous improvement, regardless of external conditions.

Continuous Learning and Team Development
Potential Client’s Question: “Is there ongoing growth and learning happening in the team?“

Our professionals are highly skilled, proficient in English, and understand international project development standards. We consistently aim to enrich our team’s professional journey with growth opportunities.

One out of every six Innovecs team members has received professional certification. Our team eagerly pursues training and certifications, even during challenging times.

Recently, Innovecs achieved Advanced Tier Partner status with Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2023, our team earned 30 popular cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). Over 30 QA specialists at Innovecs are ISTQB certified.

We emphasize a well-rounded skill set that combines business insight, interpersonal abilities, and technical expertise. As a result, a significant number of our engineers hold certifications in essential project management practices such as Scrum, Professional Scrum Product Owner, and Professional Scrum Master.

In 2023, we received numerous awards recognizing our initiatives for employee well-being.

Among them: the Gold Employer Brand Management Award (EBMA) 2023 for the best well-being initiative, Ragan’s Employee Communications Award for Employee Well-Being Program, Global Good Award, and rankings in the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards for EMEA and Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces.

New Partnerships
Potential Client’s Question: “Is the company expanding in the market and keeping up with the latest trends?”

A key indicator of Innovecs’ ongoing development is our new partnerships, helping us access research and improve for our clients’ benefit.

In December 2023, Innovecs announced a strategic partnership with Davanti Warehousing, a renowned Dutch logistics specialist with over 30 years of market experience. This collaboration allows us to penetrate new markets using CORAX, Davanti’s flagship warehouse management solution.

In January, we signed a strategic partnership agreement with SAVOYE, a developer and integrator of logistics solutions. This partnership combines Innovecs’ deployment experience with SAVOYE WMS/TMS’s modular solution. This collaboration allows Innovecs to integrate ODATIO from SAVOYE, enhancing our joint value proposition.

In April, we became a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), providing us with insights for refining our operational strategies.
