Let me introduce myself. My name is Vitaly Nguyen, and I hold the position of Business Development Representative at Innovecs. I have over six years of experience in business development and IT consulting, with a focus on the Supply Chain and Logistics industry. My core competencies include new business development in B2B, customer relationship management, tech partnerships and alliances, and consulting in WMS integrations.
My role is to assure potential clients that despite the ongoing war and challenges in our country, our Ukrainian team remains a reliable partner.

I highlight that the war doesn’t compromise our team’s performance; instead, it motivates us to excel further. This commitment is rooted in our well-established Business Continuity Plan, ensuring our team has the necessary equipment and communication tools. Additionally, our office has backup power, satellite internet connections, and emergency food and water supplies.
As a result, we established partnerships with 11 new clients in 2023.
We regularly analyze client satisfaction trends and recommendations. This feedback serves as valuable insights into assessing our progress and is used as evidence of our service quality when communicating with potential clients.
– Approximately 85% of respondents in Q4 2023 reported being highly satisfied with our services, while around 15% said they were satisfied.
– The likelihood of clients recommending Innovecs reached a high score of 9.16, increasing by 5% recently.

As a result, a significant number of our engineers hold certifications in essential project management practices such as Scrum, Professional Scrum Product Owner, and Professional Scrum Master.

In December 2023, Innovecs announced a strategic partnership with Davanti Warehousing, a renowned Dutch logistics specialist with over 30 years of market experience. This collaboration allows us to penetrate new markets using CORAX, Davanti’s flagship warehouse management solution.
In January, we signed a strategic partnership agreement with SAVOYE, a developer and integrator of logistics solutions. This partnership combines Innovecs’ deployment experience with SAVOYE WMS/TMS’s modular solution. This collaboration allows Innovecs to integrate ODATIO from SAVOYE, enhancing our joint value proposition.
In April, we became a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), providing us with insights for refining our operational strategies.
