Innovecs, a global digital services company, is thrilled to announce that its innovative well-being initiative, “Hack to Sleep: Tech Community Wellness Initiative”, has been shortlisted for The RAD Awards 2025 in the category of Creative Idea.
The RAD Awards celebrate excellence in employer branding, people communications, and recruitment marketing, recognizing innovative and effective solutions in employee engagement and talent acquisition. The other finalists include global companies like EY, Indeed, LEGO, Siemens, BBC, and KPMG.
Innovecs’ “Hack to Sleep” initiative addresses a critical challenge in the tech industry: supporting the mental health and sleep quality of software engineers and tech enthusiasts. The centerpiece of this initiative is a unique ASMR soundtrack inspired by nostalgic retro computer sounds, available for free on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Complementing this, the initiative offers wellness resources, including a habit tracker, an expert-led lecture, and engaging social media activities.
