In my 10 years with the company, my biggest source of inspiration has been the Innovecs’ team dynamic. Even though the people changed from time to time, the collective atmosphere has always been a major driving force for me.
Also, releases often feel uplifting. I don’t know, maybe it’s because they usually involve launching projects into production, or, when we’re talking about logistics, launching new facilities. The moment we traveled to the U.S. for the first time to connect the first warehouse for the Supply Chain project was etched in my memory. It was an enriching experience that brought out incredible team spirit and collaboration.
For me, every project launch or major release is always exciting. It brings out emotions, and I like that. Feeling emotions — it’s great.
Which Innovecs achievements are you particularly proud of?
I am proud that over the years, the company has expanded into many areas, and individual projects have grown exponentially. I’m grateful to have contributed to the growth of several of these projects. It’s inspiring to see something you helped build from nearly nothing evolve and flourish — it fills me with pride.
Starting out as a lead on the Supply Chain project was a pivotal moment for me. The experience I gained in logistics has been invaluable, and it’s something I continue to apply in other projects. Then being given my own project and leading it to success, while earning the trust of my team, is something that continues to inspire me.
The company value that resonates most
I really appreciate the company’s CARE value. Also, for me, the company’s focus on employee well-being and leisure has been a big motivator — whether it’s the on-site gym or well-being programs, I’ve always felt supported.
I liked sports communities in the past, as well as I enjoy other company well-being activities now. They add a special vibe. They give you the chance to switch focus, even during the workday. This really helps to refresh and get the energy for new tasks, even if you just spend an hour on it. Plus, you meet new people within the company team.
For over 9 years, I’ve been a part of this company, and what motivates me the most is the interesting projects that allow me to learn something new. Also, my colleagues — it’s always a pleasure to work and communicate with them.
Which Innovecs achievements are you particularly proud of?
I’m proud of the Innovecs’s growth, especially on the international level. When I joined Innovecs, we had around 200 employees. Now, that number has grown significantly. I’m also proud of the fact that we have received — and continue to receive — international awards, including those in the HR and Employer Branding categories.

Being with the company for more than 9 years, I’ve found my motivation in seeing people grow professionally. Watching them become stronger, more successful, and more confident in themselves brings me immense satisfaction and pushes me to work even harder.
Which Innovecs achievements are you particularly proud of?
I’m especially proud of the fact that Innovecs never stops growing. We are always moving forward, expanding opportunities, and opening new horizons. As Henry Ford once said, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” Innovecs embodies this continuous growth and the pursuit of knowledge.

For me, INSPIRE — because inspiration is a powerful motivator. I believe that driven people create brighter and more creative solutions. Throughout history, people have sought faith, not material possessions. To me, inspiration is our corporate “faith” — our belief in ourselves, our Innovecs, and our relationships with clients. It drives us forward, helps us overcome challenges, and reach new heights.
As I approach my 6 years here, my continuous inspiration comes from people and the Innovecs culture. I had known our CEO, Alex Lutskiy, from previous roles, so I knew him personally. His leadership has been the foundation of the Innovecs’s growth. The culture he’s nurtured, and which I hope I’ve contributed to, helps with employee retention, boosts productivity, improves client satisfaction, enhances innovation, strengthens our brand, and ultimately leads to better decision-making. The shared vision and culture ensure that everyone acts in alignment with the Innovecs’s values. Even after 6 years, I’m as motivated as I was on day one!
Which Innovecs achievements are you particularly proud of?
This answer may not be as business-focused as expected, but I’m most proud of our non-business achievements that, in fact, benefit the business. For example, our smooth transition to hybrid and remote work models during the pandemic, our financial support for hospitals during COVID, and our ongoing efforts to support employees affected by the war in Ukraine. I’m also proud of the Innovecs’s donations to the Ukrainian military and our continued global expansion. Recently, I’ve been particularly excited about our support for youth hockey and the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine.
About the team
Commitment, dedication, and a strong drive to compete and win are crucial for our team spirit. We share common goals and maintain open communication, with strong leadership buy-in, which ensures our initiatives are fully supported.
Over the past six years, I’ve built a close relationship with our game delivery team — they inspire me daily. Recently, we celebrated a successful collaboration with the top online game provider. The whole process — from marketing generating a lead to the delivery team executing flawlessly — showed how well we work together. The relationship continues to grow, thanks to our iGaming delivery team’s outstanding work.

INSPIRE, with CARE as a close second. Inspire is all about motivating and empowering employees to reach their potential, fostering creativity and innovation — two cornerstones of our Innovecs culture. Without the ability to INSPIRE, it would be hard to INNOVATE.

All three are important, but inspiring the team to care about the success of our projects is the most critical, especially in times when it’s easy to lose focus.
Throughout my 5 years at the company, the thing that consistently fuels my passion is my team. Not only do we support each other professionally and personally, but we also share a great sense of humor. This creates a light and easy-going atmosphere that can turn even a tough or gloomy morning into something positive. I feel like I’m growing alongside my colleagues, many of whom have been with the team for just as long.

What sets our team apart is how Innovecs treats people as its highest value, always finding ways to support employees during difficult times. For instance, when I couldn’t work for a while, I was allowed to take a break. Innovecs also provided significant financial aid to a colleague who was seriously injured in the war and continues to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. What’s more, Innovecs holds positions open for those who’ve gone to defend the country, demonstrating real care and commitment to its people. I truly value this approach.

CARE, without a doubt. Innovecs truly cares for the employees, and I’ve felt this firsthand, especially during the challenges of the war in Ukraine and the blackouts. Despite the difficulties, Innovecs provided extra days off, relocation options, and resources like power banks and offices with generators, allowing us to stay connected and continue working. This care inspires me and shows just how much people matter to Innovecs. INSPIRE is also important to me — Innovecs promotes a healthy lifestyle through various challenges and activities. This not only keeps us in shape but also fosters a sense of support among colleagues with similar interests.
For almost 6 years, the key factor that’s inspired me in this company is the wonderful team — both my project team and the Innovecs team overall — and the positive, supportive atmosphere we have. Also, the opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are a true Team — with a capital “T” — while others may not be. The most inspiring moment was when, despite the full-scale war, the project continued, and the team kept working at full capacity from almost the very first days of the war, despite the challenging situation in the country.

I share all of them, of course! But if I had to choose, it would be CARE — we excel in this area as Innovecs, and it’s something I deeply appreciate. It’s impossible not to embrace it, and equally impossible to refuse help when it’s needed.
After spending almost 5 years with the company, I’m continually driven by the incredible atmosphere here — there’s this energy that comes from working on exciting projects alongside talented and passionate people. Also, the transparent way management communicates with the team is motivating; it fosters trust and clarity in everything we do.

I appreciate the vibe and minimal hierarchy — it lets you feel like “one of us” instead of “under someone.” It means you feel like you’re part of the team, rather than feeling like there’s a heavy chain of command. It’s empowering and creates a sense of belonging.

Innovecs is a unique place where the best engineering talents and creativity come together. Working at Innovecs means coming up with an idea yesterday and seeing its technical realization today, with the opportunity to try out an app or a game in action.
Which Innovecs achievements are you particularly proud of?
Innovecs has many technical certifications and international awards. But I am most proud of the Innovecs’s social responsibility and the people around me: donations and regular support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, free education for students and young talents, the promotion of hockey, and sponsorship of the Ukrainian Amateur Hockey League, among other initiatives.
What team collaboration moment has inspired you the most?
I remember the internal hackathon Innovate IT. We brought people together around ideas and worked on creating our own products. In fact, this is how we built the popular internal service CareerPath, where colleagues could choose a career path within Innovecs, learn about the role requirements at each career level, and the necessary skills and knowledge.

It’s hard to choose just one, as INNOVATE, INSPIRE, and CARE are truly the foundation of our corporate culture. But, having observed my colleagues during workshops and office work, I’m sure we are the most innovative 🙂
